THESE TERMS (“Service Terms”) ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LIMO SUPERMARKET, governing your use of the services provided by LIMO SUPERMARKET. Please review these Service Terms fully before you agree to use the Services. By using our Services, you understand that Limo Supermarket is not a transportation carrier and agree to be bound by the Service Terms.

Fraudulent information

TO KNOWINGLY INPUT FALSE INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NAME, PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS OR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS A SERIOUS AND FRAUDULENT MATTER THAT COULD RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT COSTS AND DAMAGES INCLUDING INVASION OF PRIVACY RIGHTS, TO LIMO SUPERMARKET AND ITS AFFILIATES, TO CONSUMERS, AS WELL AS THE LOSS OF TIME, EFFORT AND EXPENSE RESPONDING TO AND PURSUING SUCH FALSE INFORMATION AND REQUEST, AND FURTHER, COULD RESULT IN REGULATORY FINES AND PENALTIES. Accordingly, if you knowingly input false information in a reservation form, including but not limited to someone else’s name, e-mail, address, physical address, phone number, random or made up name, address, e-mail, or phone number, you agree to fully indemnify and be liable to Limo Supermarket and our affiliate companies, for a minimum amount of £10,000 to each company involved, plus any legal fees, costs and expenses.

Pricing policy

All advertised fares are subject to change without notice and may increase during special events and holidays.

Rate estimate

The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information we were provided. Damages to the vehicle, injury to the driver, exceeding the time of your reservation, and traveling further than specified will result in additional charges.

Rates & billing

Time and charges begin when the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location. If there is an error in the stated address you are still charged for the time needed to reroute the vehicle to a different address. There is a 15 minute grace period of waiting time in which the vehicle is not charged, overtime fees apply after 15 minutes of waiting. All rates are subject to audit after order completions. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect tolls, parking fees, additional stops, clean up fees, and overtime.

Charges & overtime

LIMO SUPERMARKET can not guarantee the availability of overtime. We are not responsible for lost/not received confirmations when booking via internet. Some clients have spam blockers on and sometimes confirmations don’t get through. It’s the customer’s responsibility to call and get a confirmation email. It is of particular importance that the purchaser makes allowances for anticipated delays and adheres to the agreed time schedule. In the event that the purchaser wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so for an additional fee only if LIMO SUPERMARKET and its affiliates have availability. The purchaser further agrees to pay additional charges incurred such as overtime, mileage, tolls, parking etc. Overtime will be charged in hourly increments plus additional taxes and fees. Contracted price is set for contracted pickups, addresses, time and number of passengers.

Cancellation & refund policy

All reservations are final. All cancellations result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total amount.

No shows

If LIMO SUPERMARKET is unable to locate or contact the person after 30 minutes of the schedule pick-up time, by means provided on the reservation form, then the ride will be considered a no-show and 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Affiliate service policy & farm-outs

LIMO SUPERMARKET utilizes, at its discretion, affiliates and other transportation companies to complete the services requested from LIMO SUPERMARKET. LIMO SUPERMARKET is not responsible for any errors, late shows, and any other behaviors or actions from an affiliate company or farm-outs. LIMO SUPERMARKET IS NOT A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER.

Vehicle images & assignments

Vehicle images presented on the Limo Supermarket website may differ from actual vehicles. Due to conditions outside of our control we cannot guarantee the assignment of requested drivers or vehicles. Vehicles may be substituted in order to fulfill requests. Services and amenities may vary and are subject to change.

Lost or damaged items

LIMO SUPERMARKET and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. LIMO SUPERMARKET reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning any items found in the vehicle.


LIMO SUPERMARKET reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Operator or the Dispatcher on duty feels that the Renter and /or Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or the mode of transportation or the Renter/and/or Party of the Renter in danger of injury. Or, if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in thepossession of any illegal material and/or substance, this service will be canceled without refund. This is without exception.

Limitations of liability & exclusions

Due to the nature of the transportation industry LIMO SUPERMARKET can not guarantee it will arrive on time. There are conditions outside of our control, including acts of God and Nature, accidents, traffic congestion, road closures, flight delays, mechanical problems, and extension of previous reservations. We will use our best efforts, within business hours, to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes. Upon the agreement of these terms, clients assume full responsibility of all limitations inside vehicles, including but not limited to: no alcoholic beverages in certain vehicles, no food in certain vehicles, window and door regulations, and other limitations clearly identified in vehicles. LIMO SUPERMARKET. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION OR CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATION, AND OTHER TORTS. YOU AND LIMO SUPERMARKET. EACH UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THESE REMEDIES, EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS ALLOCATE THE RISKS OF SERVICE NON-CONFORMITY AS AUTHORIZED BY THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS.LIMO SUPERMARKET’s FARES FOR SERVICES REFLECT, AND ARE SET IN RELIANCE UPON, THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND THE EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

I’m providing a legal signature(s) electronically and authorize LIMO SUPERMARKET to honor Electronic Signature(s). As such, I assume full responsibility for any and all payments, services etc., made by LIMO SUPERMARKET in reliance upon the Electronic Signature(s). I agree to hold LIMO SUPERMARKET harmless for any and all losses or charges I or any other person or entity may suffer, including all expenses incurred, without limitation to attorney’s fees, arising out of misuse or unlawful or unauthorized use of such actual or purported e-signature(s).
